Amelia's passion for travel started early, with her first flight at just three months old. Over summer breaks from school, she accompanied her mom on many business trips to Europe, first spurring her love for exploring new places (and eating gelato). She soon became the go-to travel planner for friends and family. She planned bachelorette parties, family ski trips, and many more – everything from wine tasting in France and Portugal, exploring Tulum and Bali, and even a four week backpacking trip through Southeast Asia.
Amelia brings a unique perspective to the travel industry, having started her career working for the federal government in Washington, DC. After graduating from the University of Virginia with a degree in Foreign Affairs, she worked at FBI Headquarters where she managed official visits for foreign dignitaries. Amelia later had the opportunity to work in the White House under the National Security Council, organizing official travel for those at the highest levels of government – learning to juggle short timelines and manage crises along the way.
After a rewarding and challenging career in DC, Amelia decided to move back to her hometown of Tampa and pursue her true passion for planning and travel. Thus, Earhart Travel Consulting was born.
Amelia pairs her meticulous attention to detail with her love of travel to help clients create seamless, memorable trips. She loves introducing clients to exclusive experiences or destinations that they may not have otherwise considered or be able to plan on their own.
A few of her favorite travel memories include a sunrise safari in Zimbabwe, New Year’s brunch aboard a catamaran in the British Virgin Islands, and snow-skiing in Japan. She especially loves exploring the culinary scene in any destination she visits, so be sure to reach out for restaurant recommendations!
When not traveling to scope out the best destinations for her clients, Amelia is based in Tampa, FL, where she loves to spend my free time rollerblading, boating, and relaxing at the beach.

Travel has long been one of Claire’s favorite ways to better understand the world. Having visited approximately sixty countries and lived across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, she approaches travel with international perspective, cultural fluency, and a strong sense of what makes a travel experience truly unique.
New places were a constant in Claire’s life from a young age. She lived in eight cities growing up and began traveling internationally with her parents early on. As a child living in Florida, one of her earliest travel memories was seeing snow for the first time in the French Alps at age four. At sixteen, she took her first solo international trip to Seoul, which reinforced her interest in seeing more of the world and set the tone for many trips to come. This international orientation later shaped both her studies and her career: she studied International Affairs and languages in college and spent six years as a U.S. diplomat in the Foreign Service. Most recently, she pursued an international MBA that took her between France and Singapore.
Claire brings her interest in geopolitics and culture to the way she advises clients. She is drawn to travel that expands perspective, invites curiosity, and leaves people seeing the world - and sometimes themselves - a little differently. She especially enjoys designing trips that feel refined and personal, whether that means reimagining a classic destination or helping clients feel at ease venturing farther afield.
Some of Claire’s favorite travel memories include climbing through the rocks of Petra, eating mango sticky rice in Bangkok, boating around Sardinia with her family, and sleeping under the stars in the Sahara. She looks forward to helping clients have memorable experiences through trips that are intentional and effortless from start to finish.
